Lisa Lent started her business, Lisa Lent Photography, more than three years ago and has spent the past 10 years working as a professional photographer, with work spanning weddings, family and individual portraits, live music gigs, and the odd landscape thrown in for good measure.

Some of Lisa’s more well-known subjects include the Central Coast Mariners, Shannon Noll, Rick Price, Daryl Braithwaite, Marty Worrell, Marty Simpson, Paulini, Bob the Builder, Dorothy’s Dance Party, Kate Derouge and Nathan Foley.

Lisa prefers to use natural light and local landscapes to set up her shots, so more of the subject’s own personality shines through. She believes subjects who are enjoying themselves make for better photos – and so will you when you send the end results.

After discovering you could make a career out of a need to know what is happening in the world, Johanna studied journalism and public relations at the University of Newcastle. She worked at several newspapers before ‘crossing to the other side’ as a marketer and PR consultant.

A four-year working holiday in the UK combined Johanna’s love of writing and marketing with travel, and inspired her to start her own business when returning to Australia in 2005.

Those plans went awry and Johanna became a mum in 2006, adding a new dimension to her life experience. As her baby slept Johanna built her freelance writing and PR work into a business and Strawberry Communications was born in 2007, with the aim of helping other businesses tell their story.

Sue has been in training and staff development for over 20 years providing programs in sales, networking, customer service, team building, communication skills and much more.
