CCWN is operated by Sydney Womens Network (SWN) which also operates in the Blacktown, Central Coast, Five Dock, Hawkesbury, Hills, Hornsby, Liverpool, Manly – Northern Beaches, Parramatta, Penrith, Ryde communities. With more communities coming in 2010.

CCWN primary purpose is to assist its members to find, exchange qualified business referrals for each other and assist with business growth. CCWN enables members to maximise their referral business whilst minimising their advertising expenditure.
